DELIVERY WITHIN THE U.K

The majority of our items ship within 3-5 working days but at busy times your item may take up to 10 days to be delivered. If you have a specific timeframe in which you require your item, please advise us immediately on placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. All our items are delivered with a flat rate of £11.25 through tracked ParcelForce 48 Large service to all Mainland UK destinations. We do ship everywhere, however, so for areas outside this please get in touch for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Delivery is available on all products. If you don't see an option for your country in checkout, please email us at hello@woodenheightchart.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote within 2 hours.

Please ensure that you check your parcel and its contents fully on receipt. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of parcel.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately on 020 7617 7667 or email hello@woodenheightchart.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.

GENERAL RETURNS

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund to the card the item was purchased with on receipt or, if preferred, we will exchange the item or issue store credit.

RETURNS POLICY FOR CUSTOMISED, PERSONLISED OR BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customised, personalised or bespoke products. In the very unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your product, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@woodenheightchart.co.uk to explain what went wrong and try to resolve the issue to satisfaction.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.

Once returned items have been received, a full refund will be issued immediately to the payment method originally used to purchase the items.
