RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately on 020 7617 7667 or email hello@woodenheightchart.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
GENERAL RETURNS
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund to the card the item was purchased with on receipt or, if preferred, we will exchange the item or issue store credit.
RETURNS POLICY FOR CUSTOMISED, PERSONALISED OR BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customised, personalised or bespoke products. In the very unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your product, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@woodenheightchart.com to explain what went wrong and try to resolve the issue to satisfaction.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Once returned items have been received, a full refund will be issued immediately to the payment method originally used to purchase the items.
